Where We Ship.

 

Customers can ship products anywhere in the United States using any one of our preferred methods. Usually this is UPS, Fedex or USPS and their respective services.  We reserve the right to substitute an alternative carrier or service in order to meet our shipping commitments and maintain our high standards.  In most cases these are service upgrades and they are no additional costs to our customers. The website in most cases will determine the freight cost.  USPS is used to P.O boxes. We bill based upon the estimated shipment weight and may charge a nominal processing/handling charge.  When a product requires a processing/handling charge it will be clearly indicated during the checkout phase with the shipping costs.

 
We prefer to ship to physical addresses. 
 
We will ship Internationally using UPS, Fedex  or USPS.  All shipping costs, insurance, duties, tariffs, taxes and fees are the buyers/ recipients responsibility.  We ship FOB Origin from the United States. Customers take possession or Title of the goods upon delivery of goods to the carrier of record. 
Free Freight: Any products identified as having free freight is only valid for domestic U.S. shipments. International shipments (by exception) may have freight added once the product ships when shipping/freight costs can't be determined at the time the order is placed.  

 

P.O. Boxes: When we ship to a P.O. Box we use USPS. Product shipped in this manner is FOB shipping point which means that damage in transit is assumed by the customer once it ships. We can insure these shipments for you (additional cost at published rates) if you indicate your desire in the comment field for your order.

 

Express Shipping Options

 
We can use premium shipping at your request for an additional cost based on the carriers published rates. Our shipping charges are determined by the total estimated shipment weight of your order. 
 
When Will My Order Ship?

 

 Depending on the product most orders will ship within two business days. Some product, particularly when it is made to order may take longer.  When we have items like this we generally note within the products description our expectation of  how many days it takes to ship.
