ProtensUS Corp Return Policy Effective June 1, 2008
CLOTHING/APPAREL EXCHANGES:
We accept returns for exchange on all clothing items provided that they are clean, undamaged or unworn and you arrange with us a return with 14 days of delivery. Additional shipping charges may be invoiced.
GENERAL RETURNS:
We will accept returns of new unopened and unused goods if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
WRONG ITEM:
In the unlikely event that you receive a different product than you ordered please contact us and we will ship you out the correct product. We may need to issue an RMA to return the incorrect product.
DAMAGED GOODS or DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Goods damaged in shipping should be signed for as such or refused. If damage is not apparent we require that you notify us by phone or email within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of the receipt of goods so that we may have time to contact the carriers or suppliers if necessary to set up an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Once the item has been picked up we will send you a new product or if you so desire a refund. Refunds for damaged goods will be credited when we either receive the goods back or are notified by our suppliers that they have received them back.
REFUNDS for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable (with the exception of damaged good returns).

Email us at customerservice@protensus.com to arrange for a product return. Please include your INVOICE#, NAME, PHONE NUMBER(S), EMAIL ADDRESS and TRACKING # for the original package as well as a brief DESCRIPTION of the damage. Please indicate whether you signed for the package as damaged or reason for your return. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION as you may not receive credit!!
